6. Quotation
Receive a detailed and firm quote from JKC Building, based on the finalised plans.
7. Pre-construction
Finalise build contracts, schedule your project, and prepare the site for construction.
8. Construction
The building process begins, transforming your plans into reality. We work through frame stage, exterior cladding & painting, internal fit out, electrical works, plumbing, and cabinetry.
9. Quality Check & Handover
