Most custom new homes we build start around $450k and move with size and finish.
We can’t give you a fixed price without finished plans — and any builder who would, shouldn’t. The figure above is honest guidance to help you work out if it’s worth a conversation.
Size and number of storeys, your site and soil class, steel-frame versus alternatives, siteworks and services, and your finishes level. Because the framing is engineered and drawn precisely, what you’re quoted is what you get.
